Our mission at Unreal Cycles is to provide an unrivaled level of
customer service catering to each rider�s personal needs and budget. We
aim to carry a varied stock of components to satisfy the needs of
serious riders, however, if we are not advertising what you�re looking
for let us know.

Payment
All orders can be paid for by Visa, Master Card,
Discover, Money Order, or PayPal. All credit card methods are processed through
PayPal's payment system. All prices are in US dollars.
Shipping
Domestic orders
are shipped through UPS ground unless otherwise specified at the time of the order. International orders are
shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise specified at the time of the order. Please
contact us immediately to request use of a shipping service other than those specified.
Shipping estimates are available upon request. If there is a significant difference between the estimated shipping cost and the actual cost, the buyer will be notified immediately and will be allowed to opt out of the transaction. Returns
If
there is an error in the listing specifications and you would like to
return the item, we will pay the return shipping charges and give a
full refund. If you would like to return the product for any other
reason, you may return it as long as it remains in the same condition
in which it left. We will refund the amount you paid for the item,
however, the cost of shipping will not be refunded and there will be a
10% restocking fee.
